Pv Chew Sl unauthorized charges to my amex, no addres or contacts for refund Alma De Mallorca Spain internet

My computer received an antivirus xp 2008 window, and kept insisting on buying it. I tryed to aliminate it by all means but It was no way to get rid of it. It kept insisting that my computer had 2000 + viruses that were fake. So I purchased this "antivirus" for $ 49.00 so that it will stop popping up and stop annoing me. When I received the receipt/voucher there was an error and could not print it. Then I received two extra charges for two other programs I didn't authorized. One error digger and a password saver for a total of $117.13 on all three programs. Inmediately I tried to contact them for a refund or stop payment but all contacts were in vain. Then my computer tuned all slow, there was no sound on the internet explorer, so I decided to reboot my system. The only contact that I received on my Amex e-statement were in PV CHEW SL for an all together total for $117.13. This is a total rip-off and I want to know how can i get my money back from these thieves. Pease be aware of this PV CHEW SL rip off artist so they never do this again to nobody.
