on april 2nd 04 i sent a chack to this company for a grant-guide they cashed the check but no guide was sent it is now aug 1st 04 i wrote them again and no responce. they gave me an order nbr 13560408 there should be something done about these people ripping people off i want my money back please thank you hope you can help me
