On April 29, 2004, I sent a check to PVI Publishing Today I Can, in the amount of $19.95, for their book containing grant information. They have cashed my check but I still have not received my product. How can I get my money back?

I made the mistake for paying for my "Book" with my credit card. They have already charged my card 3 times and I still haven't received any book. I was offered the ability to look at some pages online for 7 days, but I didn't pay for an E-Book, I paid for a BOOK.. How can I get said "BOOK" and make them stop charging my credit card!!!

It is possible that you thought you ordered a printed book, when in fact the Grant Guide is an e-book or electronic book. You may have received the email containing the links and mistakenly deleted it.
