When shopping for items needed for cancer surgery, I was a victim of a hard sell for cosmetics at a kiosk in the mall.  The woman would not let up.  I was tired, confused and scared (just diagnosed with cancer) and finally gave in to her pressure and puchased the items.  She told me if I changed my mind, I could return the items.  Two days later when I tried to return them she told me she was not authorized to refund.  She gave me the owner's phone number.  I have spoken with him three times.  He has argued that they do not issue refunds and told me he would look into it and call me back.  He never has.  This is an unethical and unprofessional company.  They obviously don't stand behind their product.  I will spread the news of my experience to anyone who will listen.  What a ripoff!
