Pyramid Chihuahua Puppies Selling a puppy scammed me for money Washington Internet

 Found a website that was selling Chihuahua puppies, many different puppies were pictured and the website as a whole seemed legit. There was even a section that had pictures and testimonials of past clients so happy with their puppy adoption. Email contact was great pictures and a video of the puppy I was interested in were attached, all information exchanged seemed legit but as soon as payment was made communication stopped. Hours later when we asked if there was a problem they now replied and said yes that we needed to purchase refundable insurance for the puppy at a higher cost than the puppy itself but it's reduced as soon as you get your puppy. If I wasn't already sure it was a scam this confirmed it. I said I wanted a full refund or I would seek legal action and imagine that no response. Not sure I can even seek legal action on this.
