All-Stop which is just another name for Q-Based solutions, inc , sells products related to "stopping" fungus on humans (IE, ringworm, athlete's foot , jock itch......tinea corporis, tinea cruris).

Their products for fungus absolutely do not work. My wife and I had the misfortune of getting athlete's foot and ringworm at the same time. Ringworm from our dog and athlete's foot probably from a shower at hotel. Anyway, from being an athlete my whole life, athlete's foot/ jock itch was no new thing for me, but I never had the misfortune of getting the classic ringworm (the classic "ring"). So the first thing I did was search through the web looking for the "strongest" solution. I came across the q-based solution website which housed "ALL-STOP" as their "division" which dealt with fungi. This company claims to cure ALL (which should have been the first clue that they are full of it), but they had tons of supposed testimonials and a WRITTEN 30 day money back guaranty and they accept american express... so I thought what the hell, I'm protected. That was where I made my second mistake.

I ordered the products which I received in 2 days (paid for overnight). Started using the products immediately. Saw ZERO results after 5 days (they claim should see results in 2 days). I called in for the 30 Day money back guaranty. The receptionist/operator passed me to someone who stated I first had to speak to a specialist to tell me how to use the products correctly. (I thoroughly read the instructions, so I knew exactly how to use the products). By the way on their website their is a disclaimer....

"You should not rely on this information to determine a diagnosis or course of treatment, nor should it be considered a replacement for consultation with a physician or other certified healthcare provider. Q-Based Healthcare and its divisions do not make representations or warranties with respect to any information offered or provided on or through any company websites regarding treatment, action or application of product. Neither Q-Based Healthcare nor any of its divisions or contributors shall have any liability for the content, errors or omissions in the information provided by this website".

So as I call them for the money back guaranty the rep at Q-based first tells me I must double up on the amount of the product (this is actually a conflict with their disclaimer). Yet I followed the reps instructions for 3 more days with ZERO results again.

Sidenote: At this point I 100% knew the product did nothing. I went to the drug store and bought over the counter Lamisil, applied it to our ringworm and athletes foot. The ringworm was gone in 2 days.

I called back after the 3 additional days to get a refund with the 30 day money back guaranty. This time I was told that I needed to speak to someone special (the only one who can issue the RMA# (which is required to receive the 30 day money back guaranty). Here's the catch. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THAT PHONE. You leave a message and no one ever returns your call. I made this same call to the same person at least 5 times for the next two weeks.

Finally , I realized it was a sham and they were just waiting for the 30 days to be up so they could say I never called within the time frame. On the 24th day, I called American Express and told them the whole story, about the 30 day money back guaranty and everything you read above. I then told them to please have the dispute department contact them within the next week as to be within the 30 day time frame so Q-Based products could not use the 30 day time frame (denying that I had called) as an excuse to deny the return policy. Of Course it takes American Express 30 days from that point to actually contact the Merchant, and guess what?..... they said I never contacted them.

Q-Based Solutions is COUNTING ON THE FACT THAT YOU WILL BUY BASED ON THEIR GUARANTY (WHICH THEY WILL NOT HONOR). They have absolutely figured out how to fraudulently side step it.

I read another ripoff report someone else had filed about q-based solutions and it sounded identical. I'm sure their are thousands of others, who just don't have the time to write this.

DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, they don't work. YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK, DESPITE THEIR "GUARANTY".
