qa watches they told me for doing a survey i would be getting a watch.all i had to do is pay $5.99 s&h thats all. burbank California

i read the writing and they did not have my permission to take money out of my debit card account. the watch they sent me was a cheap 20 dollar watch. i will put a stopper on this.

 Firstly, you DID give them express permission to take payments from your card on file. The REAL problem is that YOU DID NOT READ!!!! YOU took the offer at its FACE VALUE!!!! Meaning YOU saw a offer and didn't dig any further. There was a link TWICE!!!! Once when YOU were asked to enter in your payment information and another one when YOU were asked to confirm that payment information. YOU DIDNT READ!!!! Had YOU taken even a few mins to READ, then YOU would have been informed as to the terms and conditions of the offer YOU were interested in. Since YOU couldn't be bothered to read then YOU don't KNOW what YOU have given them permission to do!! Its NOT a scam when YOU don't do your part!!!! THEY have ONLY done what YOU SAID you wanted them to do. By NOT reading YOU didn't KNOW that YOU were entering into a TRIAL MEMBERSHIP that has reoccurring billing. YOU were supposed to OPT OUT before a 14 day window that followed YOU making the payment. But YOU DIDNT READ!!! So to YOU its a SCAM!!! The REALITY is that this is on YOU for failing at the most BASIC of skills.
