QA Watches trickery, deception, rudeness, lack of cooperation Internet

qa watches posted a survey and said to pick a prize at the end of the survay.  I chose a watch and had to pay just shipping and handling.  it was 4.99.

I have now received 8 watches and just realized when doing my bills that I'm being charged $49.99 per watch.

I call qa watches and spoke to Frank Romano.  He was rude, saying that I wasn't able to follow his instructions for getting on their internet site.  He was rude when telling me that I entered into an agreement when I chose the first watch.  

I do not believe I entered into the agreement because how can a person do that without the knowledge that they are agreeing to.  Very underhanded.

I asked to speak to Frank's supervisor, Mark, and Frank asked why.  I said it was between me and Mark.  He said if it's a complaint that Mark doesn't take complaints.  "That's not his job."

He finally agreed to refund $49.99 for each of 2 watches if I send them back.

I am not a stupid person.  I have a Masters Degree in Speech Pathology.  This was underhanded and shady in all ways.
