  • Qawabli Auto Sales Cocoa, Florida USA

Qawabli Auto Sales This dealership sold me an 2004 Honda Accord on 3/20 /2015 . $1200 was the down payment and $150 a bi-weekly payment for 24 months. 1 month and 10 days after we had the car we had an issue that we were very sure it was a transmission one. The car had to be towed to their service center in where the manager and "specialist" assures the transmission was fine and the issu was the starter and the two from tires . Not sure what neither of those 2 had to do with what the car was actually doing but since he bragged on being the expert I have in. The total repair was $342 for which I paid half. 10 minutes after we took the car it was doing the same issue that brought it in in the first place. The manager dis confirm that the new replaces stated was a defect Cocoa Florida

The car had to be towed to their service center in where the manager and "specialist" assures the transmission was fine and the issue was the starter and the two front tires . Not sure what neither of those 2 had to do with what the car was actually doing but since he bragged on being the expert I gave in. The total repair was $342 for which I paid half. 10 minutes after we took the car it was doing the same issue that brought it in in the first place. The manager did confirm that the new replaced starter was a defective one and that I would nto have to pay to have ot replaced again. So we left the car there and 3 days later after not hearing anything back from them I called to check on the status of the car and they finally admitted "you were right, it is the transmission".  So now I am supposed to pay $1800 for a new transmission on a car that has been at home for less than 2 months minus the 3 weeks it has been at the shop.  The manager offered to give me aloaner free of charge and to make a payment plan for the repair but I don't think I should have to pay for this when this car was supposedly inspected before we bought it.  I am trying to get them to return my $1200 so I can buy a safe car for my son since these people sold me a defective car totally knowing all the issues it had.  They take advantage of people who can't buy a car at a regular dealer and then steal their money.  This place needs to be closed!
