QCWEN LOAN SERVICING LLC. Failure to show the borrower the required documents deem necessary to deliver on this mortgage loan. WEST PALM BEACH, Florida

First , I would like to said that Ocwen Loan  Servicing LLC , never inform me that their was now my  new mortgage company. All I have is a notice, saying that part of my loan in defauit.  So when their sent me a Letter to discuss a Loan Modification Agreement , I read at the bottom of the letter that their was only a debt collection company, and not a mortgage Lender. And so at this point  I stated to ask question about their process, and realizes that this company was trying to get addition money out of me in the form of a escrow payment . Their said to me that this was going to be look at as a Loan modification and that it would not lower my payment but keep me current .  Well again I didn't no I was behide in any payment . Now my understanding is my formerly mortgage company  must have indicates to them that I had a outstanding amount past due. But I don't no what that amount is because I never receives any notice from my formerly mortgage company that I had a outstanding past due payment. So now what Ocewn is trying to do is get me to resign my loan under them by scare me with a foreclosure notice if I didn't sign new loan document , and given them a escrow payment $1660.63.
