QFL Nutritional Products - QFL Wu Yi Tea Gave me a free trial, wouldnt cancel membership, and charged me for tea I didnt recieve Edison New Jersey

I was a member of a survey website that other companies use to get feedback on their marketing strategies. I was required to sign up for a product, try it out, and take a survey on the product. In this case I signed up for the free 14 day trial of wu yi tea. When I went to call to cancel my subscription for this tea, I only got a message machine and telling me to send an email if i wanted to cancel. So i sent an email. The next day I sent another one. I sent two more and by that time was charge 50 dollars for more tea which I had been trying to cancel for 4 days. I never received the tea. No just recently I was charged another 56 dollars for more tea that I haven't received. In the terms and conditions it told me I would be charged 30 dollars so I don't know why the charge amount continues to increase each time. Ive called 4 different numbers they have provided here and there and they all take me back to this message machine where I never talk to anyone. They finally sent me an email for a refund of 25 dollars but really I should be refunded 109 dollars for canceling before my trial period ended.
