History of Qingdao GD Machinery:
Qingdao GD Machinery was registered in 2009 as a private trading company in a studio. In 2009, Terry Song(Song Zhanhua) asked Carol Cheng(Cheng Hongying) to help steal Carol's then employer Wantong's customers--worth over one million(usd)of deals. They used Wantong's name, transferred all customers to their own trading company, tricked customers to believe they are Wantong. Till this day, they are still branding themselves as various manufacturers, and trick buyers to buy from them. After Wantong found out their illegal practices, Carol Cheng made the Wantong owner to believe she was pregnant with a boy. That was how she walked away freely. That was how GD got started.
While teaming up to steal from Wantong, Terry Song married Carol Cheng. Later it turns out Terry Song is gay and that he has no interest in Carol but the trading business. By that time Terry had secretly transferred the company(Qingdao GD Machinery) to his partner. The couple decided to let Carol have affairs. Carol has had immoral behaviors with many of GD's customers and partners.
To lure customers, Carol, Terry and the GD team use bribery, sexual seduction, etc.
It is vitally important for companies to select the right kind of suppliers and partners. What would it make your company be, if having suppliers like Qingdao GD Machinery?

My name is Emma Hong and I have been with Qingdao GD Machiery for over 4 years. As an employee, I know many of the insider news on GD.
Qingdao GD Machinery is indeed a trading company, yet pretends to be a factory. GD Machinery claims to the public it is a factory. When customers do factory inspectation, GD brings them to a partner factory and pretends it's their own.
Many of GD's customers--I mean the buyers who work closely with GD Machinery, recevie bonus/comission for the orders placed with GD.
GD owner Terry Song tried to convince me to "accompany" a customer to his hotel one night, I bluntly refused. As a result, I lost 2 months' salary.
It is true that GD Machinery stole many of its former partner factory's customers--lawsuits records are available.
