QITEL Comm rip-off Internet

Qitel called me and ask if I would like a free pager with an 800 number.I was taped agreeing to this.My mom got very sick and was placed on life support the day after this phone call.Needless to say ....I forgot about it.

When the first charge appeared I called and was told they would stop it.I NEVER recieved anything in the mail from them.So when I called to find out what I was being charged for,they told me and when I told them I never got anything they said they would stop it.

This has gone on since last year in May(2002).I have called twice more and been told the same thing.So I called my local phone service and they gave me a number to call that was different from the one I had.I called them and they refuse to credit my account or give me any money back.They are a total bunch of Rip-offs!!Do Not Ever accept anything from this company!!
