I applied to qlinkwireless a while back and received a phone that would never work properly.  My free phone minutes seem to dissappear.  They have a very poor or almost non existent customer service which are very unproffessional.  The government is paying them to provide a service to its senior citizens.  The government should look into these complaints and do something about this company.
