QRS Commerce City, Colorado I too was scammed by this company and NEVER got any reembursment Commerce City Colorado

My blood is just boiling that this company is STILL ripping people off!!  OMG what is it going to take to bring them down?

I read all these reports and it s all the same, some with a little different company names.  I too think legal action should be taken and I am more then willing to partisapate if there is a class action suit.  These scum bags know how to fly under the radar.

My move was so simular to all the reports except I thought I hired American Nation Van Lines to move me, I had no idea they were just a broker, but I think they are also part of the Shisters.  I gave them a depoit, a 1/3 of the move cost. I had a "binding" agreement for $3000 something.  The day of my move this scummie crew shows up in a nasty truck and it says QRS on it. So I went on line to research them, I had no idea their was 2 companies, but the one I read about was a legit company in Illionis (i think). So I didn't worry. After they got everything loaded he tells me I had "alot" more stuff then I orginally told them. I told him I actually have less because I sold my washer dryer refrig and lawn mower.  I had no bulky items. They  insisted on me paying  another 1/3 and said the rest would be due on arrival.  My belongings were loaded and unloaded atleast 4 times. sat in storage somewhere for over a month. EVERYTHING is damaged in one way or another. all boxes were squished and damaged.  I would say atleast 1/3 of my household belonging are broken and damaged. Plus I have several missing items.  They were suppose to deliver Sept. 5th 2013, I got my thing Oct. 12th 2013 with yet a different company, 777 movers.  I had demanded a weigh and reweigh after unloading, they said they never were told to do that and refused to do so.  Also QRS demanded another 3,000 in cash on delivery, more then double my binding agreement.

So even if you have a "binding agreement" with one company the company they hire to move you doesn't honor it.

I went through the channels I was advised to go through from move rescue, but I never got anything. Also QRS had me file a claim with CSI, which I suspect is owned by them also, who knows, with no results at all.

So in closing, these shameful people should be arrested and throw away the key! Just do your research and don't fall for the "lowest bid"
