I has now been since 2008 since Christoph and I corresponded and I simply dont believe that he ever intended to deliver any services or support as promised.  We paid him in advance in good faith and also paid additional money because he said he was in a cash flow bind.  We lost about $5K and felt fortunate that we did not lose more because he stopped communicating with us and failed to complete the projects assigned to him. 

I am filing this report because I was amazed today when by chance I discovered all of the negative reports online filed against Christoph.  I had almost forgotten about him but when I saw his name, the "memory returned of our experience". 

The only way these rip off artists can ever be stopped is through the sharing of information.  The authorities will no doubt ever take any action against Christoph or others like him because the Internet is full of scammers.  When engaging anyone online to provide services or deliver a product, do your homework.  Do not assume because the first transaction is acceptable and delivered as promised that future transactions will be the same.  Christoph lured us into thinking we could trust him.... obviously no one can!

We are still "struggling" with a web application that does not work as promised and is full of defects and the source code he provided does not match the version of the application we received.
