After merging OC3Networks (http://www.OC3Networks.com) with PacificRack (http://www.PacificRack) aka "Pacific CRACK", 4FiberTech (http://www.4FiberTech.com), WebZooLoo (http://www.WebZooLoo.com) into the WORST dedicated server / colocation company on the west coast, Quadranet (http://www.Quadranet.com)...
He has turned around and sold Quadranet to Craig DeManty of Unwired broadband (http://www.UnwiredBB.com).
This buyout has resulted in a complete consolidation of all the assets of ALL companies controlled by the biggest Ripoff company in the US where Ilan Mishan and Craig DeManty will offer services in CA and TX to many innocent consumers.
