We contracted with Quadrangle Web Design and SEO to construct a website. When we discovered that they did not have the expertise to incorporate a software program that we needed on the website for a special marketing section, we cancelled the contract and requested a refund. That was more than 3 weeks ago.

We initially asked for the refund in a polite, professional manner and was ignored. We sent a heated e-mail and was told that the refund was being processed and was on the way. That was 2 weeks ago. I hope that my Ripoff Report will alert and caution others to move carefully when dealing with this web design company.

Also, their business/service advertising is very misleading and, while giving you the impression that you're getting this great website with several "pages" and add-ons, the reality is, you're only getting a few free pages with either of the package choices and still most buy the additional pages and extra design features that are included on several other web design company website packages. You know what they say: you get what you pay for, and sometimes, it might sound like you're getting something for free, when in fact, you're just getting taken. Be cautious!
