Quadratec Quadratec take your money then tell you items you tried to order are on back order West Chester PA

Quadratec website shows items being available but after processing and entering your CC details and processing the payment a day later u get an email saying

"When the shipping department prepared you order, we were disappointed to learn that part of your order was not in stock as
expected. We are mailing this letter to inform you that part of your order was placed on backorder. The backordered item(s) will ship once it comes back into stock. For international orders, because of the additional cost for freight and brokerage fees and taxes, most international orders will be set up to ship only when all items on the order are in stock. We apologize about the delay and any inconvenience."

I tried to order 2 simple parts.  they don't even stipulate what parts are on backoredr or when they will receive them back in stock.  So they basically take $400 off your CC and then decide when they will give u merchandise as they don't have any stock it seems.  99% of reputable businesses operating online now have a system that tells you if an item is in stock or not prior to the purchasing page.  Avoid this company, they are middle men that seem to think this simple functionality doesn't have to be part of their process.
