My wife and I took a brand new dress my wife purchased for a fundraiser gala to Quality Alterations by Nadya. Nadezhnda Yanovskaya (Nadya the owner) put the pins in the dress and collected $120 to alter the dress. The day the dress was due to be finished I received a call that Quality Alterations by Nadya wanted and extra $100 for a hem that they didn't notice. Not only did they want to almost double the price, but Nadya was extremely rude. My wife had to go pick up the unaltered dress because we were not going to cave into extortionary practices. We took the dress to a competitor of hers that altered the entire dress and did a beautiful job for only $54.
Nadya (Nadezhnda Yanovskaya) and her partner Michael L Serheev are not only rude but they are also scam artistists that wait until the last second to upcharge you for prices that are sky high. Do not trust Quality Alterations by Nadya.
