Quality Computers Hot Store (Black Shop) Selling hot laptops only, rid people off, selling unidentifed business laptops Scarborough, Ontario Canada

i am a atitechture designer for prodical rex in toronto, our company have a lot of laptops needs to be repairs or upgrading. we saw quality computers ad posted on the yellowpages, one day i called for service. he came to my company and took 100's of ibm thinkpad t40,t41,t42 and t43,he said he will do the service for my company and setup a long term care, so i argree. a week later, he called my company "saying service done, and get ready a cheque or cash amount of $1,256 included tax. so my partner and i went there for pickup our system units from quality computer and we took back to our company.

guess whats the nighmare we had, our pc technical teams founded all our laptops parts had been removed it, and replace in identified parts to it, we have the orginal receipt form the ibm canada for it, we took all these unit back to quality computer and ask the owner,it is not my parts inside the laptops, it been removed or exchange it. the owner name:atef. first thing he say to me, i have not change or remove anythings from your laptops, all i did was test the system,fi=ound the problems and get fixed. hw denied for the exchange parts inside our unit, and we have no proven that he did it, but we got him for our repair last. he start yell at us, get out my store,dont know what you talking about, you are crazy, he say to us.

we are loosing more then 1,000 on parts to replaced it ourself to get these ibm thinkpad replace parts going. it hard to believe a man like this shop did that too a company like us, we could it have a long term care for service from him.

beware of this store, never leave your expensive system in this shop unless you see him working on it or etc.. make sure get a reciept or deposit wriiten on.
