QUALITY ENGINES LEAWOOD Quality ??REALLY, Order #244689 Sold to MRM Enterprise, We have have been robbed by this company!! Avoid at any cost, I will move foward with further action. I broke down in on A trip had my vehicle towed to Dealership that I was do some work for. These people will answear all sales question but if you have A service issue Dale or knowone will call you... If anyone else has had this expierence report it. I plan to take it as far as I have to ... over $7000.00 in parts and labor and after they found out I had A issue knowone will call back.  Quailty Engines? I dont think so.My vehicle broke down south of Chicago in sept, 2014 I had it towed to Kenosha WI where I was on buisness. I had the vehicle towed to A local Dealer in Kenosha where I was doing some advertising. Long story short$ 7000.00 parts and labor latter, they will not return our calls. Invoice # 244689 paid for on 10/02/2014 It took forever to get there this engine was for my 2005 Ford Expedition when the engine got to the Dealer it was installed by an a.s.e certified tech, when they got all the fluids into the engine tried to crank it the engine was knocking and was no better than the core I had taken out. I see now these people are con artist. You can get the sales dept, on the phone anytime, if you have A problem good luck. Fyi do not google used engines Quality Engines or one of there other fake names will appear. Only put your trust in companies you know and recognize. I have learned my lesson. I want lay down for them I have the resourses to pursue and I will.I have every email from them all lies. I dont want this to happen to anyone else. They will boast of a 3yr 36,000 parts and labor warranty its A joke. Then they will tell you to read the fine print, after talking to Dale he told me he would give our money back for the Engine but the labor would not be covered, I have not to this day recieved another call from Dale, also I never got any money back not even for the engine. Buyer beware, this scam artist has more than one name. If ayone reading this post has had anything like this happen them, report it till someone listen.. these guys need to to jail..
