Ladies and gentlemen keep your wallet close if you are staying at this facility. Your credit card will be taken for a ride. Not only will you pay for your reservation, but you will also pay for everyone else's reservation. My card was ran 16 times after my reservation was paid. After the card declined, it was force charged additional money. Take a look for yourself.

I called corporate to file a dispute and they were completely useless. The hotel manager, Juan, explained I was responsible for the rooms that others stayed in stated they were not responsible. There was no authorization provided for all of the rooms that were charged to my card, but that didn't matter. Apparently, the hotel waits a couple of days and then just starts running your card. Juan is a total scam artist and refused to provide any type of documentation substantiating these charges because nothing existed.

The reviews on Quality's own corporate site were terrible and the condition of the hotel was sub-par to say the least. The facility was rundown and poorly maintained. This is probably the reason my card was ran so many times. I guess they figure someone should make up for their lack of revenue. Between corporate's shitty attitude and the scamming hotel manager, it looks they have  a solid business practice in place. My credit card has never felt so abused. He could've at least took me out before he decided to rape my credit card.
