This place is out to rip you off and nickle and dime you to make a buck.After spending one night and going to book for two additional nights, there was this mandatory fee for $4.99.

I called the front desk and spoke to this highly defensive rude general manager, Erica, who said this is a mandatory fee that went into effect that day. I asked for what? I was not charged this last night. She said to use the miniature golf course.

I did not see a miniature golf course There is a playground that had no flags or other figures you see at a miniature golf course. I asked nicely, politely, calmly, and professionally if she would wave this fee since; I did not pay the night before? Erica cuts me off and chastise me and becomes more rude and refuses. I said, I am going to book for two more nights, is this $4.99 fee worth losing out on a $130 plus dollars?

She again preaches this mandatory fee "Sticking to her guns" disrespectful and unwavering. I filed a complaint with Choice Hotels who were worthless who had Erica call me to chastise me once again over the phone about this mandatory fee.

Goes to show being calm and professional gets you nowhere.This hotel is between SeaWorld and Six Flags and charge hand over fist at least 10 months a year gauging guest with high room fees since they can get it.
