Quality Solar Misleading and UNPROFFESSIONAL !!! Grand Rapids Michigan

After signing our contract in March of 2018, very little contact or information on contractors or time line completion was given. Company and installers were very unprofessional and unorganized. I chose this company because they WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST!! Phone contact as to what was going on.

Was next To nothing and only when I called. The owner tried to get us to pay a very LARGE down payment on a ZERO down program. After a phone call to them and several weeks they showed up  and installed the poles. Nobody still knew when the panels would actually be COMPLETE.

They had to let the cement "DRY". I ended up digging parts of the hole and installing my own wire because they were taking so long/also had to bury the cable because the guys couldnt do it with shovels, ground firmed up from sitting so long. Numerous weeks later the panels were installed!!

Nobody had the inverters....more waiting..a couple weeks later the inverters were installed...system almost working. No way to monitor power output yet. Didnt have a modem (ECU).That was dropped off 6 weeks AFTER!! And i was asked if i could install that myself... During the later part of this i was asked several times to SIGN the completion so they could get paid. Very insistant.

I had to deal with consumers about my meter being changed and a bill that was double for the month it was running without the propeper meter. I was later sent a bill for the outstanding amount owed, because i did not give him a large down pymt.

It is now November 1 2018,my system has been operating for 6 weeks now.... With several phone calls to the bank and Michigan Saves, who have been very helpful, this company has been put on their do not use list!! WE had agreed on a specific size solar panel system and i ended up with something smaller, they are very deceptive.

I had several other technicians confirm this along with Michigan Saves. When confronted with this Bob refused to cooperrate or even correct the "error". This is just the short story!!!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!   NO  GOOD!! Go to top 20 solar installers...thats where i started....this guy was a "recommendation".
