I was escaping an abusive relationship and had lost all my credit, my house and my business and was very very desperate to find somewhere to live. I had been in a shelter and could not face it again, therefore I had some savings and had sold a lot of my personal possessions.

In doing so I looked for a place to live and found Quality Wholesale Housing.

I was informed by a Mr Jeff Atkins that I would get a mobile home and they would find me the land.

They lied and did not find me land and threatened when they could not find it to put the mobile home they had built in storage which could have cost me a fortune.

I was in such a mess since they lied and lied and in the end had to find the land myself with 10 days notice and threats from them.

I had very little money and it was agreed that the land would cost no more than 5,000 dollars. Therefore not knowing any better did not know that land could not be found in Dallas as cheaply as this, due to not having been in this country a long time or having ever purchased land before.

I had no credit so they received all the money in cash.

I found land but ended up having to pay a monthly amount of between $130 to $150 a month.

The home was so badly built and as they did not allow me to see one of their small mobile home before mine was build, I did not relalize how badly the end product could be.

I wish now I had gone back to a shelter instead of running away and buying this home.

They had caused me so much misery and have made my life even worse than before.

They also promised me on a promotion gas money up to 300 dollars a month. They have not paid me anything yet and am fighting to get it.
I cannot afford a lawyer and feel we all need to stop Brock Henning, the President and owner from carrying on in this disgusting and greedy fashion.

We need to stop others being ripped off by this company and preventing others from being so.

Let's all get together and get a class action going and send this man to jail where he belongs.
