Their first plumber walked off the job without any notice, with the water off after putting in the gas sediment plumbing wrong and left the water off. Didn't say a word and left. Plumbing company knew he left and didn't even call us. We had to call them to get someone to come back out.
Their second plumber who came 6 days later to finish the job was caught on security camera going through our personal belongings.
And the owner charged us $800 for a four hour job (full price), and doesn't care about our inconvenience and says he's not responsible for HIS employees !
SPREAD THE WORD, terrible over priced, and untrustworthy!
And yes, they charged and got paid $800.
I have videos of their plumber rummaging through my personal belongings in my garage, which I found after reviewing the security cam footage after they left. Owner refused to do anything. Feel free to notify me and I'll gladly send you the video's. I have posted them online on Facebook, google reviews, yelp, etc.
Filed a complaint with the BBB also.
In my opinion don't use them, untrustworthy, unprofessional, and over priced!

Client hired us to install tankless water heater. We quoted the job and scheduled it for 3-15-2016. On scheduled date, our service tech left the job site at 2:00 pm notifying our office that he had a personal emergency. As we investigated what the emergency was and if the service tech was going to be able to return to the job site, we dispatched over two other techs that were quite a distance away. They arrived later that afternoon and realized that part of the install was done incorrectly. To ensure the client had hot water that evening, the techs completed the install and client was aware and approved us to coming back on March 21 to correct the error. Client was never without water/hot water after initial install. On March 21, after our tech completed the reinstall, the client advised our office that he noticed on his home security cameras that the tech was looking thru his garage cabinets/storage units. Client sent over videos and we interviewed our employee about his intentions. We saw no evidence or proof that our employee took any personal items of the client. Even though the image of what the tech was doing looked poor, he had no criminal intent. The employee was disciplined and we used this as a coaching session. We have apologized to the client for the behavior of our staff. Both techs failed meeting our company and clients expectations. The tech that left the job was released from the company and the other was reprimanded.
We provided the service the client hired us for. Even though it didn't go as smooth as we all expected, his equipment was installed at the agreed upon discounted rate.
