Queen Creek Mortgage LLD Mortgage Protection Group LLC Collected Upfront fees promising a principal reduction Mesa, Arizona

We signed a contract and paid upfront fees in the amount of 3000.00 for a principal reduction program. We visited the office of what was then Mortgage Protection Group back in April of this year.  We met with Robert Jones Senior Underwriter/Loan Officer to discuss the program.  In the fall of 2010 we contacted Mr Jones again and stated we wished to proceed.  We emailed a complete package and wired 3000.00 into their bank account.  At some point during the email communication back and forth we got an email from the mortgage broker Ray Teerlink stating they had changed their name to Queen Creek Mortgage LLC and everything else was to remain the same.  We contacted our underwriter via several emails to check on the status of our submission, after several attempts we did get a response that our file had been submitted to the investment group ADDVENT FUNDING in FL.   That was the last correspondence we received from them as from that point forward our calls and emails went unanswered.  I have filed complaints with the Arizona AG, the department of Financial Institutions and the BBB.  We did receive confirmation from ADDVENT funding that they had received our file but not our fee of $3000.00.  They stated they would not charge us the fee again but we would have to sign a hold harmless document since according to them they have nothing to do with Queen Creek Mortgage LLC and they have been in business a long time BLAH BLAH BLAH.   Would be happy to join in any lawsuit with others that have also been scammed by these people.
