I also was ripped off by Queen is a Girl.  I could have just repeated what the person from Indiana reported about this low class operation.  I, too, ordered a Montage dress and they sent me a horrible knock off version of the dress - it was the wrong color, wrong size, and with no back zipper!  They sent a ribbon to lace up the back like a corset!  It also arrived from Shangai, China is a plastic DHL express envelope.  The dress was terribly wrinkled and the beaded was smashed.   I e-mailed them right away asking where I needed to return the dress for a refund.  Their only response was I needed to send them photos of myself being measured for the dress.  I sent pictures of myself in the dress along with pictures of me in another dress I recently purchased for consideration to wear to my daughter's wedding.  In both cases, I ordered a size 10 - the dress from Nordstrom's fit perfectly.  The size 10 I ordered from Queen is a Girl was nowhere close to the right size and totally different fabric.   Also, beware because they also sell another web site called HeleneBridal.  They have refused to tell me where to return the dress and this is the last e-mail I received and I have not heard back from them yet:
