I ordered from this company, they are going by all kinds of names now that I am investigating. I have not gotten my merchandise. I paid through pay pal and all numbers they have for company are disconnected. The one number that someone does answer on occasion, the lady says she has nothing to do with orders she is just answering the phone. When you ask her if this company is not legitimate or not she hangs up on you.
If you are looking to order something from the internet, call the company first, see if you get an answer, try a fishing email just to see if you can get a response from the company. I have learned the hard way, but hopefully you all can save yourselves the trouble.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Attempt to defraud a small independent company
AUTHOR: Bruce Foster - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, March 11, 2009
Izan Cortez made a purchase in the amount of $32.80 February 3rd, 2009. Her order was shipped February 9th, 2009. We have documentation verifying we shipped her order. Subsequently she states that she never received her order. February 12, 2009 we issued a full refund to her paypal account. How can this be considered a rip off of a consumer? In fact, Izan Cortez has filed numerous complaints against my company. The most recent was a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau of New York. She states in her complaint that she never received the goods nor did she receive a refund. We have documentation to verify the shipment as well as her prompt refund. What is her motivation to destroy the reputation of a business established over 17 years ago? We did not in any way rip her off, but she is certainly continuing slandering our reputation. What is our remedy against this type of behavior?
