COME TO FIND OUT WHEN I CALLED TO QVR TO FILE A COMPLAINT I WAS HAVING THE HAIR HAS NO GRADE TO IT LIKE QUALITY 4A,5A,6A,7A THEY WERE RIPPING ME OFF THE WHOLE TIME BECAUSE THE HAIR NEVER LASTED AND IT SHEDDED TOOOO MUCH. ITS BAD HAIR NO TERRIBLE HAIR AND THERE CHARGING BLACK PEOPLE TO MUCH MONEY FOR THAT GARBAGE. IN THE PAST I WOULD PAY $10 EXTRA FOR RUSSIAN BLONDE B******* THAT HAS NO GRADE SEE THATS THE S*** THERE NOT TELLING ONLINE OR ON THE MAINTENCE CARD I THOUGHTBI WAS GETTING 7A GRADE BECAUSE IVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON THAT CRAP.
