Quest Capital Finance is a private lender that promises to fund loans. we are a transportation company and need capital to start a new project and needed $22m to start the project. we were referred to quest and started that loan process.



After a 4% deposit was made into a third party escrow agent ( which is now being charged with the Rico act ) and all paperwork was signed and approved. we really thought that we were going to be able to start our project.



Well not so much... Quest failed to preform on every commitment date in contract. The closing date came and went with no sign of closing. All the while quest reassured us that the loan would close. key word were 100%, this is a done deal, were backed my insurance, hang in there, etc...



It has been over a year and no return of my escrow money and not they will not even answer my phone calls saying that i am being irrational for asking for my money back...
