Quest Global, Inc VETS Express ripoff Cannon Rossville Georgia

I was force to drive with not sleep and I was also threathen, that if I did not have his truck on the yard that he was going to take 400.00 out of my paid check. and said that he did not give a damm if I was tried or not he waunted his truck there not matter what happen.

They sold my whold paid check I had to call my Dad to come and get me because they would not get me a way home they also took a 154 00 on a claim from a load that was a month back the productes was dammed due to the way the shipper loaded it the reciver noted it on the bills but I was still charged for it.

They are trying to black ball me from every driving again, because the truck was recked but was not total nor was the trailer on D.A.C.they say it was losted and they also say that I was a company driver on D.A.C. when they haird me they told me that I was a lease oper driver they supplyed the truck and trailer and I supplyed the labor (drivering)at the end of the year they sent me a 1099 and not a w2 form they took no taxes but still on D.A.C. they are saying that I was a company driver and that the 1099 states the name Quest Global INC. and D.A.C. stats Vets Express I did not work for Vets Express Are there and way you can help to get my money back and clearing my name.

Could you please check in to this and let me know what I can do about this matter the truck is number 113 and here is the case number and aslso the Offers name case #020137838 Offer's name is Edge in Birmingham Police Offer date was 1-18-02 time 340 am Friday could you please get the vin no. on truck and trailer and see if you can fine out if this truck or trailer is still beging use they claimed it was a told lost to the company if so could you please follow up on a Ins claim. I have been told from a couple of drivers from Quest and Vets that the Daddy which owens Vets Express has sold a whole trailer of high dollars cars and they have not been founded then he changed the name of his company to Vets Express Thanks
