Questia.Com They keep withdrawing payments from our account although I cancelled account several months ago Internet

My husband is a  college student and needed to use some of the information from questia.com in writing a research paper last semester.  To get access, he had to join and agree to pay $19.95/month as long as he needed their services.  He forgot about it, and one day about 4 months ago I noticed an electronic withdrawal via paypal payable to questia.   I asked him if he knew anything aboout this, and it jogged his memory and told me the situation.  I found their phone number online, and called to cancel the subscription.  They said no problem, and that the payments would no longer be withheld.  I just now saw that payments are still being taken out, and after several calls to them, I am getting  rather frustrated.  Tonight, when I was looking up their phone number again, I noticed from the search results that many other people have had this same problem with this company, and decided to create a rip-off report..
