I agree with the other report.   Their advertising is misleading.    At first I realized they are definitely NOT like the other bid sites (eBay, etc.)  and yes everytime you bid more time is added therefore even though it starts of at 60 cents or so per bid it starts adding up.   What looks like there is a minute left to bid it keeps going on for 5 minutes or more and you end up spending a whole lot more.

Yes and I believe they have people some call shimmers who keep bidding to keep the bid process going pushing the prices up.   They tease you with some simple bid items and you win extra bid points, then when you go for the really good stuff (i.e. Ipad, etc) that is where they get you and it can become addicting before you realize they got you and you are spending money and getting nothing back in return.

So back to their advertising of getting stuff basically cents on a dollar for popular items - a way to get you in and you spend $50 dollars and walk away with nothing.    At least with Ebay you don't lose money bidding and you usually get something for $50.   You go to real life auctions or legitimate bid sites like Ebay, it costs you nothing to bid unlike Quibids you get you with unreal prices for hot items like Ipads or large screen LCD tv's.   Do not fall for their lies - its like a gambling site not an auction site.  Beware!!!
