QuiBids auction site auctions off items they do not have available to auction. After winning a particular auction they informed me that they did not have the item available to send. I have asked for a refund for the total amount that I have spent with their web site but they have yet to do so.

I'm sorry for that inconvenience. We had a shipping issue that apparently couldn't be worked out at that time. Because of this, we offered to replace the item you won for one that was actually of a newer model.  You had declined and instead wanted a refund, which we issued for that auction.  If you're still unsatisfied or still need to be refunded for any unused bids, please contact us again.  Thank you and again, my apologies.
