Quick Change Artist Onesole, Dominque McClain Barteet Failure to deliver but not to remove money from my account. Unavailable to find out info via email, web, phone numbers. It has been 6 weeks since my order and there is no legit contact information. They take your money without delivery of the product and have no legit contact number or email. W.Palm Beach Florida

I submitted an order for shoes via the website.

They removed the money from my account on Nov 22.

The shoes were to be a Christmas present.

When the shoes had not arrived in 10 days I attempted to contact the company.

I emailed and called every number under their website contact page without answer.

I let the phone ring 30 times. I left a message on the phone at the showroom number.

I then started researching the CEO and founder name Dominique McClain Barteet and Onesole and Quick Change Artist.

I found on that day of searching she was scheduled for court concerning bankruptcy.

I called the lawyer and left a message with the receptionist and recieved no word from the lawyer concerning the state of the business or where I was to go to find out about my order.

I found her email address @onesole and emailed her and got that she was on medical leave although her facebook posting looked like she was on vacation.

The email came back out of office due to medical leave contact tina@onesole.com

It's not new year's eve and I have recieved no information yet they have kept my money. I submitted my last email to the CEO and tina's email requesting my money back with interest and letting them know that the company is neither customer friendly nor customer worthy.

After I send this, I look up her facebook web site and she's at a Miss Teen contest and there is this photo of a plush hotel stating something about 

 and a picture of a plush hotel.

My issue is the website took my money out of my account 6 weeks ago, no product, no reply or answers to where my product is or how to get my money back (with interest). How in the world can she be in court for bankruptcy, medical leave and then galavanting around at pagents while no contact or attention is given to her company? That's my money no matter how small, she has unlawfully.
