i was contacted by a person from quick loan funding . he told me they could offer me a lower mortage rate and lower my monthly payments. sounded good ???? . he came to my house and we talked about getting a new refinance loan .
i am an elderly lady and i am on a fixed income . and thats why i was looking to lower my monthly payments . i've lived in this house for 25+ yrs.
the loan officer ,we will call him ikaika figeuroa, showed me the loan documents and told me a little bit about it , a VERY LITTLE BIT!!!!
after we read most of the documents that he showed me , NOT ALL THE DOCUMENTS WERE SHOWED TO ME. he explained that my payments would be $1,582.95 per month. and i would make 360 payments . thats" WORD FOR WORD" what the papers say in writing.
Then i get a letter saying that they sold my loan to another company , and now my payments are almost doubled and that my payments are going up 3 times more that than originally had.
the loan officer flat out "LIED" to me , he didnt show me all the documents , i have recieved more documets that he stated were'nt important and they were just standard documents that every one gets .
i have been ripped off and lied to and now i might lose my home ..im so pissed off ,,,,is there anything i can do??

First of all, I respect your opinion and I agree with you about Quick Loan Funding being a rip off. I myself will not go to them for a loan. But from the report that was filed there was a name mentioned. The name Ikaika Figueroa. Just an FYI, I do not know where you got that name from. For one, he's not a Loan Officer. For two, he didn't even work for Quick Loan Funding. And three, he doesn't go to people's houses at all. He's simply an Escrow officer. He worked for Platinum Coast Escrow. So basically this should be squared off with your actual loan officer, not just any random innocent person working at a different company. "YOUR" loan officer lied to you.
