Quick Lube Plus Oil Connection got lubed Xenia, Ohio

Just a couple of days before we left for Florida in March, I took the truck up to the quick oil change place to get the fluids changed. I also told them to replace the wiper blades...they were in bad shape.

On the way down, and several hundred miles from Xenia, I had occasion to use the wipers. Guess what...they didn't replace them. Oh, they charged me for them but never put them on. Of course, I had to have them changed in Florida. I watched this time and made sure that I got the old ones back.

So, we got here on Sunday, and on Monday I took the blades back. They claimed they weren't their blades. I loudly explained that of course they weren't their blades 'cause they didn't change them! They told me I needed a receipt, which I had back at the house and ran home and got it and brought it back.

The manager called his boss and they wouldn't give me my money back but would give me two new blades. "Give 'em here!" I said.

With blades in hand, I assured the manager that neither me, my family nor any of my friends would ever use them again. He said they stayed busy and didn't need my business. Actually, there wasn't a customer the whole time I spent dealing with them.

Diesel later reminded me that the last time that he'd used them, he caught topping off his radiator with a water hose. Now, I'm wondering if they even changed the oil.
