Quick Relief completely ineffective; claims "In only 10 days it clears all signs and symptoms" are untrue. Portland Oregon

This very pricy product comes with a huge number of outrageous claims surrounded by what can easily be interpreted as endorsements on their website.  After trying the product consistently and appropriately (they stress patience for the product to work) for 6 months according to specifications, the flaking, itching, and cracking was completely unchanged.  I documented the condition with plenty of photos during that time.  Their refund information (which I read before purchasing) stated this:

"Here's how our guarantee works; If our systems or products have not worked for you. You are eligible to receive FREE PRODUCTS until you achieve the results you desire."  There is no refund option in terms of money.  If the product does not work, they will send you MORE product that does not work and charge you $20 for shipping each time.  The problem is, they promised free product until it works.  It did not work, but then claim this:

"C: If you do not email the customer service department before the 30th of each month, the guarantee will be voided. The free product guarantee is limited to 6 months. After 6 months you will no longer be able to receive free products."

So, I'm out a lot of money and still have the same condition after 8 months. For those who have eczema and are looking for real relief, I've found that a healthy diet heavy in fish oil really does wonders for the skin.
