The city says their is some suspicion to this company . But cant say due to on going investigation BEWARE!!! The Preserves at Nesbit Town Homes Scammed me out of a two year lease of living in HELL! I rented town house from this company my husband and child. 9155 Nesbit Ferry Rd Unit 129, Alpharetta Ga 30022 Management Guy, Yoav Lachover and Hadar Hazay The foreign management team. These two is unbelievable. They live in a house around the corner from the town homes and run business out of their garage. Once you get move into property they turn to very bad people. The day I move in these people had not done anything they said they would do. Did not paint, change carpet downstairs or fix bathroom whole in wall. Trash still in frigerated. My husband is humble and say its ok. We were going to reclean anyways. He ask the bald guy (yoav) when will they be able to paint the living room at least. He give us date and It never happened. We painted our selves and when we move out. He keep deposit his reason is that we paint living room with a different white paint than they use 1) They never fix nothing and always threating with lawyers and evictions> because I say I'm going to call the city and complain about repairs not getting done. I'm their for two year lease and water pipe burst took a week to get repair done and water back on and would not replace carpet molded carpet. Only clean 2) The panels in kitchen and all bathroom are glued on. Once you move in and they fall off and you ask for repair. The management tell you to fix. Because it was not broken when we moved in. 3) I'm late one time with rent two days, after coming from surgery. These people send vacate property notice and I had been there year and a half never late. 3) Dishwasher spring leak and flood kitchen. The management tell me to have this fixed. The dish washer was working when I move in My friend She rent from these people in the same town homes division and have same problem. She just break lease and she say. They put her in rental database and say lot of bad things. Seems management company own a lot of these townhomes and are purchased in other people names. very weird names. all the owners live in other states. Not one of the actual owners of these town homes live in the state of Georgia. They mange may be 13 town homes in the sub division. We have been filing with the city of Alpharetta complaints . Nothing happen and a friend tell me about this sight. I just hope to bring awareness to future renters to be aware. These people take your money and do nothing once you move onto the property.
