QuickCert is not a training site for Microsoft or any other technology provider that you want certification from. The training material is very poor, they lack detail to the subject matter, the practice tests they supply do not align with the questions that Microsoft uses in their certification.
Their customer service will respond to email but only to tell you that you need to look at the situation a different way and that you are not ready to test as you have not worked with the product long enough to pass the test (Microsoft certification).
The billing and customer service (specializedsolutions.com) does not respond to eamil and will not discuss with you any situation you have experienced with their company.
They are not a quality training solution for anyone looking to take a certification exam from any of the product providers out there.
Don't do what I did and pay them any money, regardless of what you end up doing you will never get any of your money back.
