Quickcompsupport LLC Said as shown in there price packages that they would fix hardware and clean computer and they did nothing they said and now computer is worse as well as went into my email and erased reciept from transaction they would not fix this and tried to get more money then hung up and left my computer in shambles Iselin New Jersey

I received a call from quickcompsupport claiming to be a microsoft certified computer repair company and they informed me that my computer was on the verge of shutting down. I agreed to have them perform a one time cleaning and hardware repair in which they claimed and as it says on the price package that you choose that they will clean your pc and repair any hardware problems and make all programs listed as not working perform in a running status.

Well lets just say that when they were done with my computer it performed worse and they fixed nothing, my microsoft libraries,documents, and picture files no longer exist.

They called me back and at which time i informed them that they did not fix anything they said someone would call me and take care of it. three days later they called back and said the same speil we will fix your problems but now want more money they said the first package didnt include that when they told me it did and it also say that it does on their package description

I told them to fix it one last time and that i have already paid for a service that they never provided and they hung up and continued to mess with my computer as well as go into my email and erased the original reciept transaction thankfully i retrieved it backed up on my iphone

So please know this company is a complete scam and a rippoff do not use them!
