Screwed by TSI APPRAISALS/QUICKEN LOANS Detroit, Michigan

 Quicken Loans screwed up over several issues. The major issue was their using the appraisal company TSI. TSI sent Leah Heckler, Asian & spoke very poor English. I was informed i could ask questions after the appraisal. I was sitting in the living room & I have a foot injury. My son would help me go to my bedroom. She would not allow time for this & had him throw a comforter over me. She then argued with my son over black on carpet yet the carpet was being removed & he is not the homeowner. The comps she provided were low quality & she would not allow me to provide a list of improvements done to the property. She gave me a very low appraisal which changed the dynamic of my loan with Quicken Loans. I then looked @ Google & found all the complaints made & why. I have spoken to both companies & neither will step up to the plate to resolve these issues or close the loan.
