I placed my order from amazon.com and subsequently from an individual seller: quickshiptechno I was not familiar with their habit of allowing individual sellers to be included in the mainstream order area of the site or I would never have placed the order!
I placed my order on August 21, 2007 (payment cleared on 8-22-07 on my check card) and I paid additional for expedited shipping as my desktop computer had crashed and I needed the memory fast to get it back in working order. I actually paid for overnight shipping for this and a couple of other items on amazon.com but this one did not ship with other orders. I learned that the orders were shipping from different locations at time of check out. This part was my lack of knowledge of the way the site was set up as I had through that individual sellers were listed in a separate section of the site so that you had a choice of sticking with just the amazon.com company or of taking a chance with an unknown seller.
Delivery estimate: August 27, 2007 - August 31, 2007. This was a total shock as my order qualified for free shipping and needing it ASAP, I went ahead and signed up for the faster shipping.
Delivery status: Your order should have arrived by now. This is the information that was displayed about my order as of 9-1-07.

The fastest way to get help is to contact the seller, quickshiptechno. They should be able to assist you if:
# You didn't receive your order on time. Contact seller. I attempted to contact seller via email link on amazon.com and got no reply. All of the protection here is to the seller and not to the buyer.
If you've already contacted quickshiptechno and they failed to resolve the problem, don't worry--Amazon.com can help. You can either file a reimbursement claim under Amazon.com's A-to-z Guarantee if you don't receive your order by August 31, 2007. I did not receive my order and I attempted to file the reimbursement claim and only after taking the time to fill out the form did I find that I would have to do it all over again on 9-4-07.
If you want to request a return, refund, or exchange. I do want to request a refund as this company has shown themselves to be untrustworthy and I do not trust them to honor any guarantee on the merchandise.
I attempted to file a complaint but despite my order not arriving on time and the fact that I pre-paid for the expedited shipping and after spending all of the time to fill in the complaint form, I then found that I cannot even file a complaint until several days after they have not complied with their shipping agreement.
