The Start Up loose leaf "Book" had vague and contradictatory text in critical information. The material had no phone numbers or email addresses for direct communication.

It took several days to receive a verbal reply to my fax to a Zaken fax number for ordering supplies.

The "Help" supplied was vague and inadequate. Example: "Please give me a bank reference for my banker to contact." Answer: "We don't give that information."

Company Info: Q. "What range of size purchases has Zaken done?" A. "We don't give that information."
Example: p.3 "I will show you how..... you can start receiving free samples..." Question: "If I have samples sent directly to you, as you recommend on page 32, will you share them with me?" Answer: "No."
Vague; p.96 "(THIS)is for you... I guarantee it!" What is the "guarantee"?
