Nightmare on Quinstreet,

10/24/11 we entered in a joint venture with Quin Street and Mastic. The program was to offer a lead generation program that would help expedite business. This program turned into a total nightmare. We were submitted a total of 49 leads, of those leads, 13 were valid. Most of the customer I spoke to were so overwhelmed by the abundance of calls they canceled immediately.Most said they never called nor submitted any requests for services! I was also told that I would receive an invoice before any charges were applied to our credit card.

First charge was hit on 10/31/11 in the amount of $660 for the a time period of 10/15/11 thru 10/31/11 and the second charge was hit on 11/15/11 in the amount of $220 for 11/01/11 thru 11/15/11. i did not know my card was charged until I recieved my bill .I only had 13 valid leads of home owners that I was able to speak with so a total charge was to be $260.. Total over charged $620.00. I called several times to dispute. I notified my credit card company as well as the BBB. Beware this is a unscrupulous company !I am going to cancel my card as they are still trying to bill me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
