I walked in with my wife and kids, I ask how much is a lagre sub? the very very rude chinese guy said $8.49, I asked how much is the regular size sub? he said $2.99, I ordered two for my self, I thought I got deal, as I was eating I noticed a sign in the window that read, large subs $5.00 so I ask the rude chinese guy is two regular size subs the same as a large? he said yes! I asked him then why did you chagre me $6.30 if its $5.00? he stated scraming and yelling with a stake knife in his hand, waving it around, saying we are accusing him, in deed we was accussing him, he just ripped me off $2.30, I told him I was going to call the general office, he said he was the owner and kept yelling and scraming, my wafe said excuse me we are customers here! he kept yelling! he refused to give me my $2.30 and we left! I called the complaint line and they have not called me back yet! its been two days now! Quiznos subs shop plays with the prices and there very misleading! that owner was the rudest animal I ever came across! he did not care that my kids 5 and 10 year olds were watching as he waved is stake knife! as an out of court settlement I want $500.00 for damages

settlement...

How will you justify a $500 settlement to the judge? I doubt that Quizno's is going to just send you a $500 check so you'll need tot ake this to court.

Assuming that you convince the judge that the owner was screaming and waving a steak knife at you, you're going to have to show $500 worth of damages to get that amount. The purpose of court is to make you whole, not to reward you.

People get judgements for pain and suffering or humiliation, but I'm just not seeing this one. They may offer a couple of free sandwich coupons. If they do, take them because that is probably the best deal you'll get.
