QVC Dell laptop false advertising Internet, Internet

I ordered the dell 17" laptop while watching the QVC show. they repeatedly stated it came with 4 yrs of trend micro security. after receiving the unit, it had a 1 month trial of mcafee. when I called customer service they told me it was not offered with trend and that it had to ordered separate. I told them their were many callers saying how this was 1 reason they were buying the laptop that day was for the trend offer. Yet, they still insisted they did not make the offer. also there was no mouse usb adaptor to connect the mouse, they told me I would have to ship the mouse back to resolve this. This is the type of corruption that drives down sales, income, and trust in this country.
