QVC offered a Traeger Grill/BBQ which was to include a BBQ/Smoker,(1) 20 lb. bag of hickory pellets, (1)20 lb. bag of mesquite pellets, grill cover, cookbook and an exterior shelf.

I received the grill, the cover and the cookbook in (1) box. There was supposed to be a second box containing the (2) bags of pellets and the exterior shelf.

The second box has not been delivered after (3) weeks. The UPS tracking number has been voided by QVC. I have made several calls to QVC customer service with no avail. I was told during the last call that there would be no adjustment or reshipping of the package.
